These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of songfox.ai, including our website, account features, AI music and lyrics generation tools, editing workflows, storage features, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or a plan, uploading content, generating outputs, or otherwise using songfox.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you use songfox.ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for songfox.ai or other users, or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

3. Services and Changes

songfox.ai provides tools for creating, editing, transforming, and managing AI-generated music and lyrics. Features, models, credit costs, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.

Some features may depend on third-party model providers, hosting providers, payment processors, or other infrastructure. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature when needed for security, compliance, reliability, or business reasons.

4. User Content

You retain the rights you have in prompts, uploads, reference media, project materials, and other content you submit to songfox.ai. You grant songfox.ai a license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and create derivative technical copies of that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload and use your content. Do not upload private, copyrighted, biometric, confidential, or sensitive material unless you have all required rights and consents.

5. Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, songfox.ai does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you by the services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable for your intended use.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or affected by model limitations. songfox.ai does not guarantee that any output is unique, non-infringing, error-free, or appropriate for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use songfox.ai to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, deceive people, distribute malware, exploit minors, generate non-consensual intimate content, harass or threaten others, or create content that promotes violence or illegal activity.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass rate limits, evade safety systems, resell unauthorized access, interfere with the services, or use automated systems in a way that harms songfox.ai or other users.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain features require credits, paid plans, or usage-based charges. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, usage limits, and billing terms are shown at purchase or in the product.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits and paid features may be subject to expiration, plan limits, refund rules, and regional tax requirements. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

songfox.ai may integrate with third-party services for authentication, payments, storage, analytics, model execution, moderation, email, or customer support. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, songfox.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to songfox.ai for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify songfox.ai from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of generated outputs, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using songfox.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the services in a way that harms songfox.ai, users, or third parties.
